TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAMPAIGN: "EASY-CORPORATE SUBSCRIPTIONS AT A PREFERENTIAL PRICE"

1. Campaign Organizer: The "Easy-Corporate Subscriptions at a Preferential Price" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by World Class Romania (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Campaign Period: The campaign runs from February 1 to March 31, 2025.
3. Eligibility: The campaign is exclusively available to employees of companies that have an active Easy-Corporate partnership with World Class Romania. To participate, employees must have a valid business email address.
4. Campaign Mechanism: To purchase a subscription at a preferential price, follow these steps:
1. Access the dedicated campaign platform.
2. Enter your business email address in the designated field.
3. Click the "Validate Email" button.
4. If the email domain is associated with a company that benefits from an Easy-Corporate partnership:
• You can proceed with account registration and validation.
• Once validated, you will be able to purchase a subscription at a preferential price.
5. If the email domain is not recognized in the World Class database:
• You will receive an informational message.
• You may request your company to be included in the program by filling out a contact form.
• The Organizer reserves the right not to activate an Easy-Corporate account for that company.
5. Preferred Prices and Benefits: Employees of eligible companies can purchase World Class subscriptions at preferential prices, as displayed on the platform. Discounts and available subscription types will be visible after account validation.
6. Terms and Limitations:
• The offer is valid only during the campaign period.
• Each participant may purchase only one subscription at the preferential price during the campaign.
• The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Account registration and validation are mandatory to benefit from the offer.
7. Personal Data Protection: By participating in the campaign, users agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with World Class Romania's privacy policy. The data will be used exclusively to verify eligibility and facilitate the purchase process.
8. Final Provisions: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or suspend the campaign at any time, with prior notice to participants. Any disputes related to the campaign will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
